Make no mistake. This band is as close an experience to the iconic 1970s/ 1980's Dr Feelgood line up as you will ever get to witness, with the added bonus of a frontman whose appearance and stage charisma brings the memory and presence of the late, great Lee Brilleaux back to life.
Malcolm and the boys are old friends of Rugeley Blues Club having entertained in their alternative guise as The Official Deceivers.
The Official Deceivers have been quiet of late as we have been busy building the Dr Feelgood tribute www.drfeelgoodtribute.com and recruiting a new and professional lineup.
So please welcome Steve Castledine and Gary Mundin to the band.
Steve is probably best known for his other band, The Piranha Brothers and his beautiful AC30 / Telecaster sound.
Gary meanwhile is someone I toured with several years ago and an amazing drummer who last year was playing in front of crowds of up to 8.000. No pressure for us to build audiences up then 😂
